The S&OP process is repeated regularly (usually monthly) in order to react flexibly to market changes and continuously optimize planning.

DISKOVER supports the entire S&OP process, based automatic determination of statistical and AI-supported forecasts as a starting point for S&OP planning to independent MRP capacity planning and material requirements planning.
Frozen planning horizons, during which no adjustments may be made, can be defined.
Delta planning can save the sales department a massive amount of planning effort.
Project and action planning
Projects and promotions can be planned separately from day-to-day business in DISKOVER.
An availability check at the touch of a button shows directly whether the material quantities can be provided on the required dates.
Pridefined promotions and projects to be started can be activated with one click and thus transferred to operational planning in DISKOVER or the ERP system.
Reporting: Money and quantity
Planned values can be displayed as sales in local currency, as sales in group currency or as sales quantity in basic units of measure (units, weight, volume, etc.).
Historical sales take into account historical price changes and future planned price adjustments are taken into account when planning future sales.
Open for all data sources
DISKOVER can automatically transfer data from any source, such as ERP systems and CRM systems and in any format, e.g. databases, spreadsheets, csv or txt files, automatically into the S&OP planning.
Budgeted figures and other data can be exported in various formats or sent automatically.
Plan figures can also be sent to DISKOVER by e-mail and automatically processed .
